I nice 84 performance, and the best sounding aud of the bunch. This sounds very good. Nice acoustics at MPP.

Don't listen to the naysayers. There is something of value in most years of the Grateful Dead. Frankly, this is a high caliber performance from Summer Tour 84. Great show, great recording.

Subject: Great Memories
This was my 2nd show--I was fifteen at the time. The "scene" was building, but still not too crazy in '85. Anyway, show is better than I remembered. FOTD, Rooster, Cumberland, and Let it Grow rock the 1st. 2nd set give me the Eyes and the Dew! Actually, I was luck enough to get Dew at both of my first two shows (also Hampton 4/14/84). Luck ran out in Richmond...
